Here is a vaccination chart for newborn babies based on the recommended vaccination schedule in the United States. 
Please note that the schedule may vary slightly depending on the country or region.

At Birth:

  • Hepatitis B vaccine (1st dose)

1-2 Months:

  • DTaP vaccine (1st dose)
  • IPV vaccine (1st dose)
  • PCV vaccine (1st dose)
  • RV vaccine (1st dose)
  • Hib vaccine (1st dose)

4 Months:

  • DTaP vaccine (2nd dose)
  • IPV vaccine (2nd dose)
  • PCV vaccine (2nd dose)
  • RV vaccine (2nd dose)
  • Hib vaccine (2nd dose)

6 Months:

  • DTaP vaccine (3rd dose)
  • IPV vaccine (3rd dose)
  • PCV vaccine (3rd dose)
  • RV vaccine (3rd dose)
  • Hib vaccine (3rd dose)
  • Influenza vaccine (yearly starting at 6 months of age)

12-15 Months:

  • Hib vaccine (4th dose)

  • Hepatitis A vaccine (2 doses, given at least 6 months apart)

15-18 Months:
