When to start labor exercises

When to start labor exercises
It is generally recommended to start practicing labor exercises during the third trimester of pregnancy, which begins around week 28.
However, it is important to consult with your healthcare provider before starting any exercise program, especially if you have any medical conditions or complications during your pregnancy.

Some exercises that are beneficial for preparing for labor include pelvic tilts, Kegels, squats, and prenatal yoga.

These exercises can help strengthen the pelvic floor muscles, improve flexibility, and increase endurance and stamina during labor and delivery.

It is also important to listen to your body and avoid any exercises or movements that cause discomfort or pain.

Remember to stay hydrated, take breaks as needed, and stop any activity if you experience any unusual symptoms such as bleeding, cramping, or contractions.
